It was signed by the actress who portrayed Ginny Weasley, Bonnie Wright. Many of the actors also portrayed their characters in the park rides. Very cool. It measures approx. 8" x 10". Very rare signing. CGC provides independent third party witnessing of all signatures. A representative is ALWAYS on hand to witness the signatures and/or sketches so bid with confidence on CGC books.
