Not many collectibles in the home, but this pretty girl was sitting on a rocking chair in what we assumed was a sewing room. A sewing machine, threads and yarns all still in a bag next to the chair. She seemed to be energized, being a sensitive, I could sense a loving presence, comforting and someone who needed to be among people again where she felt she had purpose. They must have just left her sit there for the months that passed after their Mom had died. We let her sit in our dining room to adjust. Throughout the day,the atmosphere seemed relaxed yet energized at the same time, filled with love. Like being in a room with my Mom when I was lucky enough to still have her. Throughout the afternoon we heard footsteps and when we would look in the direction of the room, see a white figure quickly move back out of site and disappear. We told her we had heard her and decided to communicate that evening instead of waiting till the next day. It was like I could feel her excitement knowing she'd be able to communicate and be acknowledged. As we turned our equipment on, everything started to bounce up and down. The k2 to orange and the mel meter went up to 5.7 . As soon as we turned the spirit box on, we heard a female say " New home". We assumed meaning she was in a new home with us. We asked if she was a male or female and she answered " Mom here ". We didnt get any more answers with the spirit box but did with a pendulum with yes and no answers and reviewing our EVP's. With the pendulum , we learned she was definitely a female, was married, 3 children , 9 grandchildren ,had died in her early 80's and was from Plymouth, Pa. Reviewing the EVPS, when we had asked earlier how she passed, we heard the response of " Was sleepy ", and the words " went out fast " in between questions so we assumed she passed in her sleep or something happened to her heart causing her to knock out. The last responses we heard through EVP's was when we asked name and she clearly said " Sarah with H " . Even making sure we knew the spelling. Her energy is very positive but mostly what I can feel being among her is comfort and love. A mom extending her positive vibes to those around her even if its not her own family. Please note, as some have questioned a spirit not interacting with them in items they have purchased from other sellers, spirits have their own personalities, sometimes it does take them a day or two or even longer to adjust to their new surroundings. They dont do parlor tricks and if they choose to hold off on interacting, it is their right to do so. They Do Not perform on command. They should be treated with the respect they deserve and patience because in some cases it was not their choice or preference to stay among us. I do start my bidding at just above the cost of what I paid for my items, as to cover the costs of selling. I dont believe in hiking them up, the bidding is your decision and rehoming the items is my goal.
