Description: Absolutely exquisite rare and hard to find Haviland turkey, oyster plate, hand painted with five oyster wells featuring a turkey with deep blue background With hand painted gold embellishments surrounded by green seaweed. Each oyster well features a gold rim. Condition- there is a small chip under the rim of the plate and a hairline fracture. The plate measures 9 inches in diameter factory marked H & C in green, underscored with one line, which dates from 1875 to 1882. Also marked Haviland call. Limoges in burgundy red. Price represents small chip and hairline fracture. Please see picture. This is a very rare plate, and perfect for a collector. Only bidders with high feedback will be accepted.
