Description: Haviland Large Oval Soup Tureen w Lid Pansies Pink Blue Yellow w Gilt Gold 1876-1889 A gorgeous antique Haviland soup tureen in a scarce pattern. The pattern features pink and yellow pansies with blue florals and a gold rim with gold on the ornate lid finial and handles. Measures 13 inches length handle to handle. Height to top of finial on lid is 8 inches. Width is 8 inches. The interior bowl opening is 9.25 inches length. 6.5 inches width. No chips, cracks or repairs. No discolorations. A faint bit of crazing on the underside but hard to see. Lovely condition! See photos. I have shown the tureen with a large platter available in another listing. Also the set of soup bowls are shown that are available. This is a pretty and colorful pattern for spring/summer but the variety of shades and colors makes it lovely year round.
