Description: This is a pre-owned book that is in fair condition. It's almost an antique, so it does have some issues. There is writing on inside cover of prior owner. There are two loose pages. The binding has pulled away but it is still together, except for the two pages. There is minimal water stains. A handful of pages have small rips at bottom of pages.
