I think that some of the trim around the dial ( possibly gold foil?) has lifted up onto the crystal.Glass crystal has a crackCase - engraved along the edges - back depicts WWI aircraft with eagle - I believe the case is original to the watch. The inside of the case is stamped HB and marked argentineMovement - is not working - it may be missing a part (?). The dust cover is loose.
