Product Information: Henry Blooms Soothing Heat Patches (Single Use) x 5 Patches Henry Blooms Soothing Heat Patches provide up to 12 hours of targeted therapeutic heat maximum 63°C to temporarily sooth aches and pains where you need it most. Soothing Heat patches are ultra-thin and discreet for lasting comfort. Henry Blooms Soothing Heat Patches are air activated, open only when ready to use. Directions When ready, take the patch out of the protective packet (external use only) and remove the protective layer. Place the patch on the painful area ensuring that its entire surface adheres onto clothing (it can take up to 10 minutes to reach the expected temperature). Do not wear on the same area for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. If using for period pain (external use only), place the product with the adhesive part on underwear and not directly on the skin. On flexible joints and/or for added stability, use dressing tape to hold the patch in place. Postage Information: All parcels are delivered without signature unless requested. All parcels are sent with tracked service. By purchasing with us, you give authority to the delivery company to leave your parcel unattended unless signature on delivery is requested. Your parcel will be brought to a post office for collection if your parcel is not safe to be left unattended. It is the responsibility of buyer to collect the parcel within 7 business days upon notification it is awaiting collection. Please provide valid and correct delivery address. We do not hold any responsibility if you have provided an incorrect delivery address. All returns will only be partially refunded. If item is returned damaged, we will not issue any refund. There will be a $16.00 return fees ($27 for express) for all returned parcels that are uncollected at post office or parcels that had incorrect address provided. All international returns will incur a return fee of $25.00. All dangerous goods (ie, flammable items) cannot be express posted. Dangerous goods with express post will be cancelled and fully refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for the dispatch of your order. This includes standard and express post. For international customers, please check with your local customs to determine if there are any duty, tax or charge applicable. We do not cover these charges. It is vital to check if you, the importer, are allowed to import the product(s) into your country. We hold no responsibilities if your parcel is rejected by your local customs. For international customers, you must provide street addresses. Addresses with PO Box will be cancelled and refunded. All addresses must be in English. Our postal partner cannot service addresses that are not in English. Service Disclaimers: We cannot recall or cancel any orders that has been dispatched. If returns are accepted for wrong products purchased or change of mind, a 20% restocking fee applies.
