Heritage Christmas Santa Stocking Chime Tree 18" Table Decor Black Santa New

Description: In pre-owned unused open box condition. I'm unsure what year this tree is from, I can tell you that it belonged to my Grandmother and she passed away in 2016 and due to her Alzheimer's and dementia in her last few years she most likely purchased this on or before 2012 just my best guess though. The box does have some damage/shelf wear but the tree is in really great condition Stands approximately 18" tall. The tree is actually attached to the fireplace with a spring which gives it slight movement upon touching it, the white red and green stockings are also attached to the tree with little springs. Black Santa sitting by the fireplace looking at his naughty/nice list under a stocking tree. Super cute!!
