Each copy is housed in a suedel-lined slipcase along with a portfolio containing a 32 page booklet of two extra pieces by the author entitled The Last King of Scotland and The Lost King of France and a limited edition lino cut relief print in 3 colours, also signed and numbered, by the cover artist Jon McNaught. The binding was designed by Andrew Stilwell and Patrick Roe and the book produced by AMR Logan Press, Finedon, Northants."
