Among the undersigned in the Resolution, above #4. .Sammalband associated with lobbying efforts to create a locally financed Easthampton rail road spur off the Connecticut River Railroad (CRRR), from Mt. Tom Station. True to Massachusetts tradition, the effort, led by local minister Payson Willston Lyman, the effort emphasizes heritage, culture and religon. The owner of the volume (and possibly the creator) was Horatio E. Rust - one of the delegates to the Massachusetts legislature.
