Description: "Hitler's Table Talk (1941-44)" introduced by Hugh Trevor-Roper. Published in hardback by Weidenfeld and Nicolson in 1953. First Edition. 746pp + xxxv. The book is in Good Plus condition for its age. The binding is good (not "tight" as there is a good deal of movement to the spine) and there is no shelf lean or bowing present. The boards are clean and the gilt lettering on the spine has faded but is still readable. The page edge blocks are tanned from age but are clean. Internally the book is clean and unmarked. It appears to be inscription, annotation and foxing free. PLEASE NOTE: The dustjacket is in Poor condition. It has large areas of loss to the spine and front panel plus several smaller chips and closed tears. The large areas of loss have been camouflaged by the insertion of coloured photocopies of the spine cloth to give the appearance of a complete dustjacket. Please enlarge and study the scanned images.
