The plug on the electric cord has a chip on the plastic end see pictures. The black covering on the electric cord looks like it shrunk where it enters the machine as I can see the wires underneath. There is some surface rust & garage dust grime on the parts as pictured. The little dolly cart it is sitting on isn't included. I just used that to roll it out for pictures.
