Description: A special vintage finish Violin Bass created by Hofner's master in the violin lacquer department. Beautifully aged to look authentically vintage, but with the advantage of a brand new bass. Very special and secret varnishes are used to achieve the remarkable aged finish. Each bass is a unique instrument, no two are exactly alike as the ageing process is all done by hand. The 63-RLC is inspired by the bass made in 1963 for Paul McCartney and features an unbound 2 piece neck and 2 on a strip tuners. There's only one way to get the classic sound, and this is it! All models are supplied with a pearloid pickguard (not mounted) and include a Höfner Vintage strap and case.
