Description: DESCRIPTION: Vintage Japanese woodblock print by Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849) depicting Mt Fuji and called "Rainstorm Beneath The Summit". It is from the artists "Thirty-six Views of Fuji" series. This is one of the most famous images from this series. This is a later reprint (I am not sure of the age), but it is an authentic woodblock print. The are stamps on the back indicating it was sold by the Ever Yours Shop at the Fuji View Hotel in Lake Kawaguchi National Park. The paper measures 10 1/8 by 14 1/2" and there are no margins. It was found unmatted and unframed. It is printed on a heavier type paper stock. There is a little paper loss and color loss at all 4 corners but this would likely be hidden if the print was matted and framed.
