Description: For sale here is an exquisite Mikimoto one-of-a-kind 14k gold pearl ring! This pearl was purchased by my father directly from Mikimoto on a trip to Japan while working with Canon to design the Panaflex Lens (he earned his first Academy Award for that lens). It was part of a set of pearls he purchased for my mother. Her 48" pearl necklace (yes, 4 feet!) and matching earrings are also available on eBay in a separate listing. The size 8 ring offered here, designed and created for my mother, was her favorite and she wore it to almost every event they attended, including the yearly Academy Awards.
