The image was also used in a book/graphic novel "The Gospel of John" by Chuck Smith originally published in 1980.I acquired this print directly from Rick when I visited him at his home in Southern California in 1986. Having been an admirer of his artwork since I purchased the Grateful Dead's Aoxomoxoa lp at the time of its release, it was a pleasure to spend a few hours with him and his wife, Ida.
