It is in beautiful condition but please note that it does not include the poster that is mentioned on the lower right corner of the front cover. Every page in this book is bright and flat like the day it was printed in in 2008. There is minor rubbing on the corners of the bottom edge of the hard covers. It has a perfectly tight spine and no odor whatsoever. The name of previous owners is written at the top of the front end paper in small letters. It is a carefully, used book in little-read condition. SHIPPING: this huge book will be carefully wrapped for shipment in multiple layers of plastic and shipped in a sturdy, well-padded package.
