Description: Measuring 5 cm across, and 1 cm thick, this Chinese hand carved cherry amber bakelite pendant bead is amazing! Check out the amazing detail in the carvings from the trees and clouds in the background of the Mother/daughter longevity scene to the adorable bats on the other side. The piece is a beautifully translucent deep red color. The bead has two holes at the top for a cord or silk thread. It's as magnificent as it is unusual - I couldn't find another one like it.
