Return policy details: Returns You have 14 calendar days to return any item from the date that you received it. You are responsible for arranging and financing the return postage of the item. Damages In the event that an item has been damaged in the delivery process then it is your responsibility to photograph the damage (alongside the original packaging) upon arrival and send us an email containing the photographs and a brief description of the damage, to the email address found here. We will then assess the damage and contact you to discuss a course of action. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after we have inspected the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card (or original method of payment). The time taken to receive your refund credit will depend upon your card issuer's (or original method of payment) policies. Shipping You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your own item. Once your item has been posted, you must send an email to us with the proof of postage or tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
