Description: Up for sale this Huge Lot of Child Guidance Toys Inc. Town USA City Building Set. I bought these in 1975 they were set up on an HO Aurora racetrack, so I know these are from the late 60's early 70's. They are already painted and ready to go. They were glues down to some green felt which is still on some of the bottoms. Also a few not many have a crack.
