Description: This is a 75th anniversary issue bottle opener commemorating Hyde Park beer of St Louis. The brewery became Hyde Park in 1876 so this is from 1951. The opener is made of steel and painted plastic (Lucite or Bakelite). It is totally intact although the metal is a little rusted and nicked. Hyde Park changed hands several times maintaining the Hyde Park in its name until 1954 when it was bought out by the Carling brewing company. Please feel free to ask questions.
