Description: Working machine. It is missing the handle on the right side. An open end wrench or adjustable wrench works as a fast simple substitute. Replacement handles may be available from the manufacturer. The unit powers up and punched holes as expected. Using a wrench for a handle the blades on top open and close as expected. The dials on the either side rotate and seem to lock into position. What is pictured is what you’re buying. It is a heavy item. Selling for cheap although it’s a working machine as described and worth the money if you need one. Again I only put paper and cardboard in it and it punched perfect. If you need parts for a machine like this one, this one seems to operate perfectly electrically. Smash the switch and the motor works as designed.
