Description: Here we have a beautiful hand made, carved wood Rainbow Trout, a Mikko Fish. Circa 1980's. Presenting with metal fins, and a wooden tail, carved gills and mouth. Painted a lighter brown along belly, blending into a red on sides, and ultimately into a brown across the back. An abstracted Trout mottling of dots are rhythmically applied along the sides. 7 3/4" long. The Fish is in very good Mikko-Style condition, with signs of use or ware, and a patina appropriate to its age. All original and intact. A Beauty.
