Description: ICHIRYUSAI HIROSHIGE'S Tokaido Prints & Poetry 7th Printing 1960 BOOK w SLIPCASE Both book and slipcase are in EX vintage condition....Visible crease on inside cover thru the bamboo veneer (SEE PIX). A very small book measuring 4" x 6" printed in 1960 by the Charles E. Tuttle Company (Rutland, Vermont and Tokyo, Japan) which features copies of artwork produced by one of the most famous Japanese woodblock artists Ichiryusai Hiroshige. The front dedication page notes this to be the 7th printed edition. When I opened this book and began reading thru it I notice that each separate "page" is composed of a (doubIe) page such that page #1 and page #2 are made from a single sheet of paper which folded on the right side. I assume that most who look at this listing will already be familiar with this unique book.....Very beautiful and intricate. *All items are guaranteed or money back* (。◕‿‿◕。)
