Description: Silver vodka cup, beaker, or Kiddush Cup, tapered cylindrical body with flared lip. Finely engraved with typical alternating architectural and florial motifs. 84 silver zolotnik mark indicates 87.5% silver purity. This beautiful cup was made in Moscow in 1890 Imperial Russia by Jewish silversmith Israel Eseevich Zakhoder. It's function could have served as a vodka cup and there is a great possibility it was used as a Kiddush cup. It weighs 34 grams, holds 80ml and is 2 1/2in tall, 2 1/4 in wide at the mouth, and 1 1/4 in wide at the base. This antique is used but is in good condition. We ship orders from Israel!
