I've polished it with a microfiber lens and taken multiple high-res photos so that you see what you're getting. The defects are pressable, but you need to know someone who can press foil covers. The scratches won't come off, so I put this in the VF range and priced it better than comparable copies. A press will bump that up. Most people are charging $50 for this book, even if they look like this. Please see the photos for the condition as I am not a professional grader. I've also discounted the shipping, but you'll receive the same high quality packaging and USPS ground Advantage. Media Mail is not a legal option for shipping comics.
