Madison Watson, Published by A. S. Barnes & Company, New York, 1880 [published date: 1868], 240 pps, first blank endpage has a name and date written. Illustrated Frontis and similar illustrations within text. Paper covered illustrated boards with black and white titles and decoration - maroon leather bound with gilt spine titles, very lightly marbled edges. Corners lightly rubbed - minor leather loss at spine head and heel - tiny crack at top front gutter. A remarkably nice book!
