Description: Civil War US Soldier by Brady Looks like original but we have no idea since we inherited it. In my opinion the photo in a very good condition for its age. Overall the photo has only minor flaws. We have no experiences with items like this in general. Since we already sold some through eBay and everyone was happy we believe these are original items. Please take a look at the photos in detail before you buy. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Thankfully an other eBay user gave me some hints to specify the picture a bit better. ‘The photograph by the Brady studio is post-Civil War. The crossed rifles insignia on the officer's kepi date it to 1872 at the earliest, as do the shoulder knots. It's a clear picture and would likely appeal to a collector of Indian War images.’ Thank you
