Only good / fair condition , the stitching has separated about 9” along the bottom left corner and 7” along the right side the leather is a bit dusty it hasn’t been touched or messed with in over 100 years still pliable - but it will need some saddle soap or leather treatment all three closing straps are intact ( the one on the far right has a slight split - see the photos ) The U.S. marking under the middle strap is faint but visible Not oil soaked or mouse chewed this would still be useable , if you restitch the separated thread in the indicted areas It measures about 14” x 12 Great for display !
