A pioneering televangelist based at Indianapolis, Indiana, Rev. Vibbert also held the senior pastorate at the Abundant Life Church there. In addition to planting his home church, he also planted a sister church in Jamaica. After serving in the pulpit for over four decades, he "retired" and in his spare time built a retirement community with his former parishioners in mind.
