Description: Offered here is this Interesting Stubby Tea Table. It is a nice little table but has been constructed or possibly cut down on the legs to be very short. It could be used as a tea table in the Japanese tradition, with the people sitting around it on the floor. It could also be used as a tabletop for serving or could be restored to a normal height with new legs. It could also be a nice little footstool. I am unsure of its age or manufacture, but it is certainly quite old. The finish is very scratched up and worn and would also need to be restored. The table is made of solid wood, and has some cracks going down the apron, but with a little TLC, this could be a very beautiful piece with many different uses. It has gorgeous grains in the wood. The table is 7.5” tall, 29.75” long and 18” wide. It is a nice solid wood piece with endless possibilities.
