International Holley 1bbl Carburetor "REMANUFACTURE SERVICE" # 1904 1908 1940

Description: This listing is for a "REMAN SERVICE ONLY" , not a carburetor, for a HOLLEY 1BBL Models 1904, 1908, 1940 for International cars and Pickups from 1952-1969 with 4cyl and 6 cyl's that came factory stock with a 1bbl with or without SCV (spark control valve) and Hand Choke. Note: Each restoration includes testing and tune and comes with a 12 MONTH WARRANTY. (pics show how nice it turns out. Chromate available upon request for $80.00 extra). Once paid for we send you our address to send "YOUR" carburetor to us to be "re-manufactured", tested and tuned, and the price does include the return shipping. Our remanufacturing procedure begins with completely dis-assembling. We then remove all the dirt and grime along with any other buildup and clean all the surfaces down the original material with a process that does NOT include sand blasting. (sorry, trade secret) We of course re-bush the throttle shafts if need be and install all new original equipment internal parts like, floats, jets, etc.. and include new gasket. After re-assembly it goes through a series of tests including a live engine test and tune to guarantee the customer, in most cases, a "bolt-on and go" experience (some adjustments may be needed for your engine). The carb is this picture is an "EXAMPLE" of how nice the one that you send us for rebuild will look upon it's return. NOTE: For a few extra dollars we can plate most of our carbs back to their original colors if required using green chromate on the bodies and either black oxide or gold zinc on the hardware. If you do NOT have a core to send us we can most likely provide you with one for a fee. If you need a specific oe# to match your original we can try to locate and restore one for you, but at a premium price. Note: If your core is not re-buildable we may have a core to offer but at an extra price. If not then we will return it to you and refund your purchase less $25.00 for shipping and handling.
