Description: Measuring approximately 5 3/16" x 3 15/16", this July 19, 1924 record of Typhoid inoculation was issued to Thomas E. Kilbourn of Utica, New York. I don't have much information regarding Mr. Kilbourn, except to say that he applied and failed to get an appointment at West Point. Somewhat of an obscure item not often seen.
