Item is in like new condition and comes in the original box with the original certificate of authenticity and all paperwork. **Please note that although the item is perfect, it does not have the factory equipped extension cord or the C-7 light bulb.** The individual that I aquired this collection from had the entire Bedford Falls Christmas Village. Using the individual extension cords and C-7 bulbs did not work with 35 buildings. There simply were not enough outlets available. He used traditional strings of C-7 bulbs to run between all of the buildings for illumination.
