This pressure switch is packaged in a Solar Turbines box as this a Solar Turbines OEM part (Solar Turbines part number 190298-16). Note this box was still sealed (see last four pictures taken before the box was opened), but I opened it to get the manufacturer/part number as well as pictures of the switch. The inner clear plastic package is still sealed.
