EBay would then send that tax money, that was part of the total that eBay had you pay, to your state. We never see that money, so can't "refund" it. Even if you told us before you purchased the item, and sent us documentation to prove such exempt status, we as the seller have no way to stop eBay from adding state sales tax to what you bought.
