Description: Wonderful blue and black jug or pitcher with a snake decoration by Jack T. Maness. This snake is poking it's head from one opening and the tail can be seen in the other. Both are removable. Jack Maness was a well-known potter in NC, born in 1945 and died in 2012. He had a studio in Seagrove, NC. Interestingly, he did not learn his craft until retirement. It is signed on the bottom - "Jack T. Maness." Stands about 10 inches tall.
