The original dust cap is 2″, but the closest available size is 2.5″, so that is what we will send with the kit. Check dimensions below. This Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair one (1) speaker: - Refoaming Instructions - 1 Foam Surround (F8-2) - Shims For Centering the 1.25" Voice Coil - One 2.5" Paper Dust Cap - 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive *It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed.
