Description: This auction is for a fabulous Vintage Art Deco Cigarette Case! I got this recently from an estate in Cambridge, Mass. The previous owner (in her 80's) likely got it from her artist mother, maybe on European travels. I found a slip of paper inside that says "Jean Dunand" so I imagine the case is by him, given the history of other items I'm selling from this exceptional estate. The case also looks like ones made by Paul Emile Brandt. The case is about 9 cm x 7 cm. There are a few hallmarks inside (hard to read). It has some wear from age.
