As a make over, it’s a one-of-a-kind piece. This antique aluminum powder puff box features a courting couple painted on ceramic. The box is aluminum. One of the feet has been glued. I’ve had this piece for years and it was glued when I bought it and it is secure. You can use it for cotton balls, or anything you wish to hide away from dust . It holds a fair amount of earrings where the powder puff would have been stored. The music winds and plays but it’s not a smooth and fluid movement. There is a piece of wire on the inside rim that releases when you lift the lid, allowing the music to play. This item is an antique made in the late 19th century. Please review all photos carefully.
