Description: This is a 1970 TOPPS #449 BASEBALL CARD signed by JIM PALMER in blue Sharpie. The signature rates a solid 9.5/10. The card is in good condition with minor corner issues and some minor writing on the reverse. Please look at pictures for further detail.
