Jimmie changed from Simpson gloves to Alpinestars late in the 2005 season and wore several different styles before settling on one midway through the 2006 season. It’s my understanding that these gloves were used early in 2006 prior to his change to blue/white gloves. Gloves show wear on both the palms and backside - see closeup photos.
