Great likeness of the classic but controversial advertising icon. Joe Camel (officially Old Joe) was the advertising mascot for Camel Cigarettes from 1987 to 1997. Joe's "cool" persona was further enhanced by his sunglasses & sly smile with cigarette in mouth. Under pressure, the Joe Camel 'smooth' character was unceremoniously removed from further advertising in 1997 because of his potential appeal to minors. This short-lived "koozie" can/bottle cooler is very well made with great character eye appeal. Condition is considered GOOD with moderate surface/stain wear. No vinyl tears or separations.
