However, it is an older/used impact, so it likely does not operate as new. It may not have the same power, , speed or performance of a new tool. Please note that the batteries are years old, so they will likely not operate, function and hold a charge the same as brand new. They may wear down faster or have other performance issues, etc. Cosmetic condition does show signs of use and wear. There is scratches, scuffs and dirt on the tool. However, there are no significant damage for a used impact. The little light on the side of the tool does NOT seem to work.Returns must be made in same condition as received.
