Description: John L. Doyle "THE GREAT HUMAN RACE" The COUNSELORS "WISDOM" (AZTEC) LITHOGRAPH. Hand pulled from Stone Litho Process by the famous Roland Poska. Small Limited Edition Run XL/L. Signed by John Doyle and numbered. Also signed by Roland Poska on the back side, with his logo mark as well. This is framed , although the gold leaf is coming off in some areas of the frame. The litho print is set, attached between two mats , and there is another front face mat which looks like a linen material. The front linen mat may have minor ripples in some areas. I have added bio info for John Doyle and Roland Poska which may be found on the internet. I have also added a photo of the Roland Poska signature and Fishy Whale Marks which were from a different print (from the Counselor Collection) that was out of the frame. A similar Roland signature and Marks are on the backside of this "Wisdom" litho. The Counselor Suite is a compilation of artistic images of the ideas of laws and justice, and the influences of mortality and ethics from the Far East to Indian Cultures from the Americas. There are 5 race colors represented yellow, brown, white, black, and red. WISDOM represents the Red Race , a system of rituals from the Aztecs.
