They are sold as-is. As with any used carburetor, you will need to rebuild it prior to use. Anyone who tells you otherwise, on eBay or anywhere else, is lying to you. These are used carbs. I can't tell you how long they sat on the engine before they came here, and I generally can't tell you how long they sat here before I got to them. Like I said before, we cleaned them and advise a rebuild. You will receive everything that is pictured THESE DO NOT COME WITH THE GASKETS. GASKETS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED BEFORE USE Please note that we will not accept returns for this item. Please be absolutely sure this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing.
