THIS ONE WAS MADE UP BY A FRIEND OF MINE AT JEPPESEN FOR GENE CERNAN AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A FEW COPIES. I ONLY WISH I HAD THIS BEFORE HE PASSED WHEN I HAD HIM ON MY AIRPLANE.
