Heinrichs hammered pure copper ashtray that was made for the Longchamps restaurant in New York City. The restaurant opened in 1919 and closed in1971. The Jos. Heinrichs company was in business from 1887 until 1937. The name Longchamps is stamped on ashtray and JOS. HEINRICHS NEW YORK PURE COPPER. It has a beautiful copper patina.
