The heel is 53.90 mm.The line by the low E tuner is not a deep crack, probably just the finish. In any case it does not threaten the structural integrity. Decal is not original, but the neck did come from a 1967 "Custom Telecaster". I'm told that it is a very light weight neck that really rings on a guitar. It comes with a non-original string tree.
