Description: Here is a real anomaly on the video game collectibles spectrum and one that does not come up for sale often, if ever at all. Some would consider this a grail item amongst retro console enthusiasts. This is is an original JVC X’Eye Information Guidebook kiosk booklet. These used to be affixed directly the top play area on the JVC X’Eye kiosks that were sent to very few stores in the mid 90’s to showcase the capabilities of the JVC X’Eye. There is little information out there, nearly none at all as to what these were used for; however, there is a video on YouTube of what is claimed to be the solitary and single surviving X’Eye Kiosk in the wild. That video showcases exactly how this booklet was used. This looks largely unused if I’m being honest, and it may very well be. I was told, upon receiving it that this belonged to a technical engineer and service repairman that worked for the Victor Company of Japan in the 1990’s and was tasked with the upkeep and servicing of the very few kiosks that he had in his area. This may have been a spare for the machines had one come up missing or damaged. Please note that the photos are watermarked to prevent an type of fraud or redistribution of my photos.
